Hopefully this will pan out to be false, as it would mean certain doom for Chrysler. Granted Chrysler hasn't been setting the world on fire lately, but they are at least coming off of profitable years, whereas GM just doesn't seem to be able to make any progress whatsoever. So what do you guys think? Would a GM acquisition of Chrysler mean the end of the Viper and SRT? Personally I don't see GM letting them live on being that their own products cannot compete. I guess we could look forward to 3 more brands to slap different badges onto uninspiring designs being that GM seems to be interested in nothing else. We're waiting on the edge of our seats for updates on this.. stay tuned...
